Welcome to Coastal Counselling Walk & Talk Therapy in the Northern Rivers, NSW!

Hello! I'm Sahra, your dedicated female counsellor, ready to accompany you on your journey towards mental well-being.

Specialties

Nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes of Northern Rivers NSW, I offer compassionate support for both adults and teenagers navigating life's complexities. If you find yourself struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, or relationship concerns, I'm here to help.

Hello

My name is Sahra

A mother of two bold and beautiful boys, I understand the challenges life throws at us and the importance of having a safe space to navigate them. I am empathetic, positive, and adventurous, always eager to try new things and empower those around me. Growing up on the far north coast of NSW, spending time outdoors and in nature is an integral part of my life.

My adolescent years were marked by trauma, grief, and significant loss, which led to negative thought patterns, self-beliefs, and unhelpful behaviours. After what felt like a lifetime of grieving, I chose to educate myself on living in peace.
