At Coastal Counselling Walk and Talk Therapy, I offer gentle, nature-based support tailored to meet you where you’re most comfortable—emotionally and physically. Whether you’d prefer to walk along a quiet beach, meet in a peaceful park, or connect online, sessions are designed to be flexible, empowering, and deeply personal.

Grounded in a strengths-based, person-centred approach, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, life transitions, and more. Therapy with me is about moving forward—at your own pace, with support that feels safe, honest, and real.
